Q: Will these fit a man's boot size 12?

Size XL works from Womens Size 9.5 to Mens 13 hiking boots for me. I'd say XL. In general it's good to have them a bit tight, but if they were loose the tensioners do a good job of retaining them on the boots.

Q: I wear my keen 7.5 hiking boots, not snow boots, when i use spikes. what size women’s spikes should i get?

I wear fairly clunky Merrell hiking boots, size 11, and XL spikes. They fit perfectly, if that helps you.

Q: Are these supposed to stretch? I ordered a large which is supposed to fit a men's 8-10 however they hardly fit me and I wear a women's 5.5...?

They should stretch, that is the size t ordered and they fit my size 9 feet. maybe they sent wromg size?

Q: If I order these, will I get the bag and velcro straps along with the cleats?

These cleats are great. I bought them during the time I lived in Wyoming. They come with velcro straps, a small brush to clean the cleats after use, and a small bag for storage. I usually rinse them off after use and allow them to air dry. Also, I use some oil (sewing machine oil) on a regular basis to prevent rusting of the steel plates. But I can recommend them highly.
