I really did my research. I’m trying to find the right light for my workshop and outside carport area around my garage.On the inside, these are extremely bright, but not so bright that you can’t look around. I’m glad that I chose this particular kelvin and lumen, I was going to get brighter and worked out perfectly.My workshop is 12’ x 16’ with 9 foot ceilings and I have four of these in there and I can tell there is no darkness and no shadows. But it is bright so some of you may only wanna install three. It worked out perfect for me and my scenario.Since this came with a large pack, I put two of these in my shipping container storage and then I used for these outside. Not that these are rated for outside but I have a protected carport and only the cold would be a problem and this will be my first winter. I will update in the future. Right now they are bright and I only have four of these out there. I was gonna go with six but four of these are huge changes to the environment at night.Most of you that are reading this. Just be sure that you have space for 8 foot long lights.Also note, the clips are the same for any brand so it’s not this brand’s fault, but they are cheaply made and easily to bend so be very careful and not bend these or the lights will easily fall down when you slam doors etc. etc. I learned the hard way. I had to come up with a different solution on mine in order to make sure they don’t fall from the ceiling.On the bright side, Deezer, easy to set up and very bright and they don’t get too hot.

The light mounts suck, very thin and weak but the lights function well. Just notice you can only link 2 lights per power plug. I didn't read that prior, had 9 linked, worked for 30 minutes then shut off. The power switch was melted in position. Read closer and seen it says 2 lights per plug.

I bought a four pack of these, used two to modify/change a wood framed light from florescent to LED. First off, there was absolutely NO wiring diagrams nor installation instructions in the box. Nothing. And they don't come with plug-in ends, so you have to wire them yourself. I knew this but I was hoping for some wiring info. Mine had three leads, but they were not colored black/white/green like most electrical products are. I used a continuity tester and found that the center (marked yellow) was the ground wire. Since they're hooked to AC, it didn't really matter (on mine at least), which was the hot and which was the neutral wire (as house AC usually changes polarity 60 times a second). I had to do some mods on the ends to make them fit in the existing housing, but that was my obligation. The screws to hold the snap-fit retainers were garbage. The threads barely existed. Even using a very delicate touch--a couple of them stripped the threads off the screws. And I used a LIGHT TOUCH...barely tightened them at all. The good news--these things are BRIGHT. So bright that if you look at them for a second or so, you will have spots when you blink--where the LEDs were...hope that makes sense. So, overall, they brought an old lamp fixture back to life--and it is VERY VERY bright. I will update if the LEDs don't last very long. My suggestion to the manufacturer is to spend one tenth of a cent more and provide better mounting screws. Thank goodness the fixtures are VERY lightweight.

We purchased them for our attic. They are so bright we only needed one.

I don’t know how these lights have almost 5 stars. Apparently you can’t put more than two in a row. It burns the switch plug out. The wires are extremely thin. This is a pos system. DO NOT BUY if you need to add more than 2 lights per row it will not work.

I am using them for grow lites. I really like them but wish the connecting cords were longer for what I am using them for.
