This is an awesome product! Customer service is awesome! One thing to keep in mind... To activate the pump do not hold on to the silver cylinder and spin the nozzle you have to hold on to the black part inside the silver cylinder and then turn the nozzle counter clockwise and it will turn and then pop up and become activated.

I've purchased several brands, but this one is smooth, the pump is perfect for delivery of just what you need, bottle is sturdy. I will stick to this brand moving forward. NOTE: Creaky knees? Rub Castor oil on them twice a day and watch the crackling, popping and creaking disappear!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Got this for my husband who has super dry skin, especially his feet. This oil is amazing! Replaces all the other cremes and lotions we have tried. Effectiveness:Does the job.Moisturizing:Moisturizes all day without oily residue. Skin soaks it in almost immediately.

This brand I've been using for awhile with other products they have in Amazon & haven't had a problem with those product. So recently I needed a serious moisturizer for my dry hands and feet & came across this castor oil by this great company and I had to get this. First of all...I put this on my dry hands & feet & I was pleasantly surprised by the long lasting moisturizing power over a period of 8 hours! I only used a dime size so that created a cheap alternative to my store nught lotions...a little bit gies a long way. The thickness doesn't bother me one bit because I use a small amount. The sheen that this product leaves on my skin is amazing! But I only have one small issue...the smell is not great. I actually mixed this with a lavendar oil I have & the smell wasn't so bad aft that. I want to make my review a 5 star but the smell is a definite issue that can't go unnoticed.m so its a deserved 4 stars which is still great! This product is nonetheless a great product in spite of one little issue & I will be buying again!. Thank you so much!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I see the benefits of this castor oil after seeing the results on my husbands face. He has very rough skin but since he's been using this he's face is smoother and healthier looking. Effectiveness:It's been changing the texture of my husband's rough skin.

I used this on my eyebrows and lashes (haven't used it in my hair as yet) and it seems to be working wonders, I'm just watching now to see the outcome.

Works great but has a strong horrible scent like burnt rubber. Other than the scent-it’s amazing

I use this in my homemade hair oil and mascara.This oil is thicker and provides a lot of moisture. I’d warn to use it sparingly if you have thin hair.The pump bottle makes is easy to add to mixtures mess free.
