The Gray is the second hardest and then the white is the softest. Works as advertise. my only con would have been if they were just a little bit wider, and bigger. They're a little bit small, but other than that they work as stated.

Works good but the holes on the side causes the rubber to stick to the inside of my cheek as I chew them.
