This product is indispensable for areas where it is hard to keep on an ice pack, when travelling or at work.They are easy to cut to size and come in a resealable package. On two occasions I have applied to shoulder and after 2 hours it was still cold. Pain relief attained with rest and application of product.

If your putting on your back your fine but if you needed it for your shoulder or legs for example you need to tape it down as it will not stay still for long. Has a nice cooling sensation.
