This has really helped with my back and neck I suffer with herniated discs and this does support my back or neck it’s fits both perfectly and provides some relief I was skeptical but it is effective and didn’t cost a fortune

The cushion gives nice lumbar support. Could be a little firmer though. It has a removable piece of cushion which if left inside one night, it doesn’t work well to sleep on! So don’t. The first time used it, it moved about and I had to keep repositioning it and it felt so uncomfortable. The second time the cushion stayed in place and it was really comfortable. It does move around a bit though but because of this it becomes uncomfortable and I wake so I reposition it. I’ve used the cushion with the removable cushioning in and it does give a really good stretch but because of my back problems it hurt! My back is in constant chronic pain anyway (I have surgery on it soon) so the cushion didn’t cause it just made it more painful. So I will leave that part out for the time being. Would I recommend this to someone who needs, Yes, I would and already have!

The media could not be loaded. My back hurts every time i wake up, no matter is it a soft bed or hard bed i sleep on. I bought a couple ones and decided this one is the best. Material felt great and comfortable, it not too hard that it feels blocking your back or too soft there is no support. Perfect softness and size for my back support during night time.

I found it great for side sleeping but horrible for back sleeping.

Finally woken up with no back pain after 2 years of suffering. Great shape, good quality and I am sure I’ll get used to sleeping on it soon. Easy to sleep on both back and side.

Wow the relief when I bought this. Totally changed my sleep and was able to to relive pressure on my spine. I use it every night. But I've only had it about a month ish and now the memory foam has basically collapsed and no longer supports my spine. I weigh just under 11 stone so it's not a weight thing. Even on side of it has flattened an I've had to go and forkout for another one. Very very disappointed

Wow what a great pillow it adds that little bit extra support you need for your back or side and it's a great size for packing away in your suitcase and very light too ...super great value for money . I feel it has stopped the cramp feeling I got when laying on my side.
