Best thing ever!!
This compression sleeve is everything. I had a wreck and broke my hip and they had to go in through my thigh muscle and separate the muscle to fix the hip. Ever since then that thigh has pain and inflammation all the time. There are even days I can’t walk or it will feel like the muscle is twisted. Got this sleeve in and put it on right away and it gave me instant relief. I couldn’t believe it.

Not great for sports
Had two of these on. Dealing with sensitivite hamstrings and trying new ones cause the old slipped. First at bat bothered my hamstring running to first on a foul ball.. didn't field for the rest of the game but went 3 for 3. They may be bad but they're lucky.

I wear these thigh compression sleeves when I am dressed in a dress or skirt. The material is lightweight, and the bands at the bottom and top do not squeeze but stay in place and are not visible with at knee length apparel. They provide the support that I need with my sciatic condition. A very good investment.
