This was my first ever embroidery kit and first ever embroidery attempt. I was able to follow the image instructions and was overall impressed with the product as a beginner.It is a pattern that contains different stitch types though and the written instructions are not always easily understandable and for stitches such as the French knot I had to supplement with a YouTube video. After watching a 30 second video I understood what the written instruction meant.Downside was that it only came with one embroidery hoop for the 3 different patterns so you couldn’t display all just using the hips from the kit.

As expected, lovely designs and plenty of good quality thread. Instructions for the different stitches are really clear too.

You only get one hoop with this set so if you want to leave the three on the hoop for display you have to buy more hoops! Apart from that it is a good set with plenty of silk and easy instruction.
