Noisy First Words: My First Touch and Feel Sound Book (My First Touch & Feel Sound Bk)

I bought this book for my 13 month old to help encourage him to learn new words. I love how big the pictures are and the interactive element of pushing the buttons and feeling the different textures really helps to hold his attention.His first 2 words were cat and teddy so I love the fact that these both feature with sounds and help to reinforce existing vocabulary and I'm sure this book will help learn new words too!I was a little worried that other reviews said buttons are hard to push but I find that they're all fine other than the teddy bear....even I have a hard time pushing that one!Overall very happy with this book, it's very good quality and the photos are beautiful. I would love to find more like it.

For the price I felt it needed more pages and more sounds but my 2 and 4 year olds love it and it's been out every day since we got it. The texture and sound are great for kids who need extra sensory input and helps them learn

Clear photographs of everyday objects surrounding one item that makes a noise and has a tactile patch. A fluffy cat that says meow, a duck that quacks, a drum that drums - all very lifelike, but who decided to let the teddy bear snore? All in all a beautifully produced book, lots to talk about and a soothing piece of music at the end.

Just received this today. My little boy is 18 months and he seems to really like the book and enjoys the sounds. However he seems to be struggling to press the buttons hard enough by himself, hopefully he'll get the hang of it eventually though.

It is a good book and my grandson likes it. The buttons are a little difficult for him to press at the moment. The only thing I dislike about it is the American accent but that us just a minor niggle

My 2 year old loves this book. Some of the objects are a bit tricky for wee hands to press so I’ve taken off 1 star. Great book otherwise!
