These are 200 mg of magnesium per gummy and two are the normal dose. That makes them a relatively expensive form of magnesium supplement, but they are great for people who have trouble swallowing the normal hard magnesium pills.

I just recieved these magnesium gummies a few day's ago. The jury is still out on how well they work for me. I can tell you they're a quality product and are manufactured well. They taste like bananas and they're not to bad. The Instructions suggest two gummies once a day. I have some nerve damage and muscle pain so I'm hoping this magnesium oxide helps calm those issue's down. I'll let you know the outcome as soon as possible.

The gummies provide the magnesium I need for my daily diet. Unfortunately, they are too sugary sweet for me. The flavor does not come through enough to be identified as banana. At 2g of sugar I rather find a sugar free substitute.
