Muy cómoda
La utilizo para hacer hip thrust y resulta muy cómodo ya que no se siente la barra. Es muy grande por lo que no cabe en mochilas pequeñas, la calidad de siente muy bien

Pretty Stiff
I use barbell pads all the time for hip thrusts and I go pretty heavy. Not sure if it’s because it was brand new but when I used it for the first time my hips were so sore to the touch the next day. I wish it was a little bit squishier. Unsure if the pad just needs to be broken in to be more comfortable or if it’s just a harder pad. It’s also not as tight fitting around the bar as it could be.

Not my favorite
Wish I would have gotten the more popular version of this. It works, but it’s not my favorite. It slips if you don’t use the Velcro and still moves around when you do the Velcro.
