BRITAXPoplar S Convertible Car Seat, 2-in-1 Car Seat with Slim 17-Inch Design, ClickTight Technology, Onyx

I purchased 2 of the Britax Poplar car seats, one for my car and 1 for my husband's car. They have served us so well with my daughter. I'm hoping that they haven't expired by the time we need them for our next child, but if so I will purchase 2 more. These seats are durable, while still being well padded and comfortable for your child. when the pads are machine washed they're like new. We know because my daughter got sick and vomited all over one of them and you couldn't tell one bit if you saw the seat today. We were able to wipe everything clean and wash the padding with no issues. I can't say enough positive things about this car seat. They are very heavy, which is why we bought 2 and we do not travel with them on planes or trains for that reason as well. However, I think that goes back to the durability of the seats. They also can be adjusted to the perfect recline for safety and comfort very easily when needed. And although it isn't a $100 car seat, it's not unreasonably priced either, especially for the value. If you're looking and comparing, just get this. You won't regret it.

So cozy! Easy to install. A bit difficult to loosen the straps but not bad. Great recline. My son now sleeps in the car instead of crying. Low sides so it's easy to get him in and out of it. So happy with this purchase. Bought in mid 2025 and seat was made late 2024 not too bad of a stretch not sure if we bought one in stores if the manufacturer fate would have been this year or not.

Slim and comfortable for 2 of our kids who vary in height. Easy to switch height to fits whichever child. Also grateful for Britax utilizing flame retardant fabric weaves rather than adding chemicals to fabric.Clicktight option here is slightly more challenging than the Britax infant seat base I have, but it is certainly no harder than latches (try loosening the seat belt a tad if you're struggling).Looks nice and hope it will last a good while.

This is hands down the most fantastic car seat that I have ever used!!! It is extremely easy to install and installs super tight, every time with ease! Very simple to flip from rear-facing to forward facing! It is heavy, but that is the only downfall…Shipping was very fast as well!

I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect car seat and settled on this. I could not be happier with this seat. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but definitely a good value for the money. The seat is very well made, very safe and very easy to install. The entire cover can be machine washed AND dried which is huge. It also seems super comfy and well padded. My baby seems much more comfortable in this than in the infant carrier. Very well designed and intuitive to use. I would buy another in a heartbeat

I like it, but buy a dark color. The light silver color shows every single thing your kid drops, drools, slops, spills, spits or pees onto it. The upside is you can definitely tell when it needs washed; no guesswork there. Kids are gross. No need to verify that with a light colored anything. I like how it is fairly easy to remove just one panel in the rare case that the mess misses one of them.

Great material. Love the double cup holders. We have owned several britax seats in the past this one is by far my save. Like others it is heavy but solid. I feel my toddler is completely safe in this seat. Love the upgrade clicktight system easy to clean and adjust straps

I didnt know it was possible to love a car seat so much. Installing takes literally seconds with the easy latch system and it is SO SECURE!! Like it seriously doesnt budge an inch. Love that it has two cup holders and is super comfy for my kiddo. Taking all the pieces off to wash is a bit of a project, but not that big of a deal. Its a little annoying that the shoulder pads dont come off for washing (at least I've tried a bunch of times and dont think they can???) BUT they got completely clean with a quick washcloth scrub so I am satisfied with that. I feel like my kid is totally safe in this seat!!
