Definitely amazing and clear

I bought this book because I liked the easy to follow guides on the instagram account for yellowdude. I received the book today and have already read it. It is presented well and as I expected, each exercise is broken down and explained in detail. I’m looking forward to getting started on the routines set out in the book. I’m not a beginner in Calisthenics, but this book will definitely help me progress to the next level.

I have already cheekily started reading the intro bit, how to work my way through the lessons etc and how to do the routines 🥳🥳. Love it so far!!!
