King Arthur, Gluten-Free Bread and Pizza Mix, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Kosher, 18.25 Ounces

This is the best stuff that I have used for making gluten free bread. I am not a big fan of gluten free anything baked but this almost tastes like real bread. The #1 ingredient isn't rice like most gluten free flours. King Arthur has the best flour! All the way around theirs is the best.

The bread is amazing! Tastes just like regular bread no difference. Super easy to make within no time even though you're not an experienced baker. Usually use it to make sandwiches.

Haven't tried to make bread. BUT, the pizza came out great. Best to make beforehand, put in freezer. Then night before or morning of, take out of freezer and put in the frig. I used olive oil on my pan, then finger spread the pizza. Then sprinkled Garlic powder over crust before cooking. Let it cool all the way, then put toppings on and cooked until toppings were done. This came out with crispy edges, just as I like it. Tried from raw, but just didn't come out the same.

Has a soft fluffy texture. I had misgivings about the dough because it was very soft almost like a thick cake batter. I followed the directions carefully since this was my first time with it. I made one large pizza in a sheet pan and it still came out nice and thick and soft textured. The final cooking time was not nearly long enough so I finished it off under the broiler to make sure the pepperoni and cheese were browned. I use a very light aluminum pan and the bottom did not brown much but it was thoroughly cooked and not gummy at all. I will buy this again and maybe try the bread.

Excellent gluten free bread mix. I have purchased this several times for celiac person. Pricey, but difficult to find on stores and can’t beat the convenience of Amazon prime!!

Not too much to say other than it is good quality gluten free. Affordable compared to big box stores.

This delivery came damaged. One of the boxed of bread mix was opened and spilled all over the other boxes. It made a mess. I was able to use it anyway, but the bread was smaller. I have photos if ever needed.

My daughter has Celiac disease (must stay gluten free) and a great many food allergies. She uses this King Arthur brand pizza dough and bread mix to make pizzas for her to eat. It takes her about 2 hours start to finish for a great tasting homemade pizza. It makes enough for two pizzas, just add sauce, cheese and toppings. She loves this mix.
