Larger than a beach ball, very durable and they bounce—a good 15ft. Grandkids loved them!

found a few of the balloons that were stuck together and they had the feel of old balloons, or maybe they were stored somewhere that was too hot. Most of them were ok, but three or four were old and I would not trust trying to get them close to 24".
