I use these as my kitchen compost bags. They fit perfectly in the garbage can attached to the inside of the cabinet door under my sink. They don't have much of a scent and only when you first open them up. I'm glad the scent goes away. They are thick and don't leak. I use them for a week at a time and I haven't had a leak or puncture yet. Great find and great deal.

I’ve been using these bags in my compost bin for a few months now, and they’re great! They are an amazing price for the quality and number of bags that you get. I haven’t had any bags rip. If you put a lot of wet food into these, they may leak or leave a little bit of moisture in your bin...but that seems to be a common trend with all compostable bags, and you can minimize the impact of this by putting shredded paper, tissues, etc at the bottom of your bag before adding liquid items.

Every time I tried to separate a bag from the roll, it ripped, no matter how gently I did it. I used these for my bathroom trash and literally all it had in was cotton pads, tissues and empty toilet roll center. If I tried to tie a knot the bag ripped. I barely got to use any without it ripping somewhere. I have other compostable bags for cat poop and they are FAR superior, as are another brand that I got for small trash cans. Unfortunately these were a complete waste of money.

Bought these as a substitute for YukChuk bags when I couldn't find them. They are a lot easier to get off the roll and into the YukChuk. However it is harder to fit them into the YukChuk container right. They are just slightly too big. They do come out of the container, when hey are full, better so I guess that makes up for it. I expect the one box of these I bought to last pretty nearly a year so I'll have to see what's available at that time before buying again.

I use these for our cat litter waste, and they work great! Obviously, because they are compostable, you can’t leave them lying around for days. They are quite durable - my 2 cats are geriatric and urinate a Lot, and these hold up to about 5 pounds of waste at a time if I forget to clean the box for a day! Love that they are compostable/biodegradable! I purchase these often & will continue to.

I love the idea of biodegradable and helping the planet out even if it's just a tiny bit, but these bags just don't do the job. I will not be reordering. Out of the 8 bags I have used so far for cat litter, 2 of them ripped at the bottom seam and made much more of a mess than I had to begin with. I only filled them about 1/5 of the way when they ripped. These bags are much too expensive to be low quality. We need a bag that holds STUFF, not just very light stuff.

I thought I'd try these because they are less expensive than my regular brand. I use them for cat litter, and they do the job. They tear at the perforation easily; you just have to be careful not to tear the other bag. Unfortunately, 1 out of 5 bags is not sealed properly on the bottom. After a few litter clean ups, I've learned to inspect the bag before using. I don't want to have to double bag, so I'm not sure if I'll buy these again.

So far, these compost bags have been great. Technically, they are larger than our can, and not the recommended size, but the others we had drove me crazy with always falling into the can. These never fall into the can, are thicker, keep the smell down better, make less mess to clean, and were way cheaper. We will definitely purchase these again.

No issue at all. A good size and works well.
