I love this hearty cereal. It doesn't get soggy like other cereals. It has 10 grams of protein per serving. While it's not the tastiest cereal (prevents me from overeating this). If you find this cereal to be bland, top it off with some berries or a banana. You can also add a small amount of protein for additional flavor. For me, this cereal is a keeper.

My pops started getting these and I started eating them so basically he buys me a box separately now. I never used to eat these now I do. The taste is great the quality is great the value for the box is great and also the texture and crunch is not hard. So if you're worried about the carbon content I can't really speculate on that but it's not much. Anyway who's thinking about cars when they're eating a box of special case cereal. Anyway I hope that crunches your desire to know more about this.

Very crunchy & satisfying.

I normally love special k products but this cereal is absolutely terrible. The flakes are thick and really hard. There's supposed to be a cinnamon flavor but all I can think about is cardboard when I'm chewing.

Love this cereal. Eat it almost every morning.

It tastes terrible--like cardboard. I even added fresh fruit & it still was hard to get past the taste and texture (super hard, like if a regular cereal was stale). It's supposed to be a good source of protein tho, so I guess. I've only had 2 servings so far. I'll give it one more try, or toss the whole thing. Would not purchase this again....ever.
