I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this magnetic mount, but it definitely exceeded my expectations! The magnet is extremely strong and holds my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 securely on just about any metal surface—car, fridge, railing, you name it.The build quality is solid, and the silicone pads help protect both the mount and the surface it’s attached to. I also love the swivel feature that lets me adjust angles easily without having to remove the camera.The fit is a little snug when sliding the camera in, but that just means it stays put. Once it’s on, it’s not going anywhere!If you film on the go or like hands-free setups, this mount is 100% worth it. Great value for the price—highly recommend!

Has a strong magnet, which is very important to me so i know that my camera is saftly attached. One thing i really did wish ish that there was another size that allows me to still keep my silicone cover there. I like how it was made with metal rather then plastic which makes it a better quality then others offered on amazon. Its quite easy to use, does take a bit of finess to remove it when you don’t want it attached. Overall i would reccomedn this product. As someone who travels solo, it’s great that I don’t have to ask someone to take a video for me; instead, I can just look for a metal surface.

Update: Amazear's support team reached out to me to inform me that they identified the problem with older batches ("the plastic material used tends to become brittle at low temperatures, which can lead to cracks"), addressed the problem by "[upgrading] the plastic material on all of [their] units, and the updated metal versions have been shipped in the latest production batch", and sent me a brand new unit at no extra charge and with expedited shipping. I received the replacement unit the NEXT DAY after replying to them. I'm upgrading my review from 3 to 4 stars to observe how this new unit works out for me.Pros: It's easy to attach onto your Osmo Pocket 3 (OP3) and the design doesn't add bulk to your device. Good concept with strong magnetic backing & folding fingers for action camera attachments. For example, the folding fingers allowed me to use a backpack mount to attach my OP3 and keep me hands-free when I'm out on the town. The magnet is strong and you don't have to worry about your device falling. The flexibility of the magnetic back is great to adjust shooting angles as well as making your OP3 easier to hold by making it longerCons: Unbeknownst to me, the folding fingers would flopped open while stored in my bag and eventually broke off completely. Second, cracks grew around the locking point and became worse when I attached this to a metal surface because it would snap onto the surface due to magnet strength. In my opinion, this isn't worth ~$20; maybe $10-15 at most.I wish the plastic was stronger or this had a better locking mechanism.

I was honestly shocked by how strong this magnet mount is! I use it with my Osmo Pocket camera, and it holds so well—no slipping or wobbling at all. Whether I’m filming on the go or setting up for a stable shot, this mount keeps everything locked in place. It’s super convenient and gives me way more flexibility with where I can place my camera. Definitely a must-have accessory!

The media could not be loaded. This is my review after several months of use. So it’s a bit scratched up but it still functions great. It has a very strong magnetic force that lets it stick onto metal really well. Its design is small, compact, not too bulky, gaps for accessing the microsd card and hand straps, and doesn’t hinder the usage of the button or controller wheel. I like that you can also open up the magnetic part and lay it flat so it can support the DJI standing upright, kind of substituting for a tripod. Ever since I’ve bought this, I’ve never taken it off the body of the DJI because it’s just so useful and practical. If you look closely on top of the magnetic part, there are missing pieces from the original product because I took it on a trip and it got squished in my bag and the metal pieces holding the black plastic parts broke and fell off. But that doesn’t bother me or my ability to use the product because I never used that part of the product anyways. 10/10 would recommend this. It’s worth it. 👍
