I was looking for a way to de-stress and relax after long hours in front of a computer, and this RENPHO Head & Eye Massager has been an absolute dream. I don't get headaches, but my eyes get so tired and I often feel a lot of built-up tension in my temples and the back of my head. This device has completely changed my evening routine for the better.The first thing I noticed was how comfortable it is. It's plush, soft, and the adjustable strap makes it easy to get a perfect, snug fit. As soon as you put it on, it blocks out all the light, which instantly helps you disconnect from the day.The massage itself is fantastic. It’s not just a simple vibration – you can feel the air compression gently squeezing and releasing around your eyes, forehead, and temples. It feels like a real, targeted massage that melts away the strain from screen time. The heat function is my favorite part; the gentle warmth is incredibly soothing and helps me relax even more deeply.I love that there are different modes, so I can choose a more invigorating massage if I’m feeling a bit drained or a slower, more calming one before bed. Being able to connect my phone via Bluetooth and play my own relaxing music or a podcast is a huge bonus. It turns a simple 15-minute session into a full-on spa-like experience right in my living room.Honestly, this has become my favorite way to end the day. It helps me completely switch off from work and just have a moment of pure relaxation. If you're looking for an amazing way to relax and treat yourself, I can't recommend this enough. My wife and daughter get migraines. This is a game changer. It plays soft music and massages the head. Do yourself a favor and get one.

I took one star off because the audio quality is poor. I also dislike that it plays externally rather than having headphones in the sides to go over your ears. I have an older version of a Renpho sleep mask which has that feature. I know this isn't meant to sleep in, but the audio quality on that is also better overall. This massager fit me well straight out of the box. The back does ride up when in use because it's over my hair and it moves my hair up when it inflates. It is comfortable to wear, and the low heat setting is plenty hot. I appreciate that it has different settings for time, which areas will inflate, sound, and heat. Having actual buttons to push is nice. I have another Renpho massager that has the indents for buttons and they don't work well for me. This one is much easier to use.

This is super easy to use, comfortable and I fall asleep with it on almost every night. I carry my tension in my shoulders and head and this works well to relax me before sleep. This is the second one I have purchased. My first one was kidnapped by a family member.

At first it felt nice and I was happy with it, but a few days went by and suddenly I was having headaches in areas I'd never felt pain before. I'm sure it was this because the pain spots are exactly where this thing was massaging at the sides of my head. I usually have pain at the back, near my neck. So, thanks for giving me new headaches. It was also just annoying to operate. It would never remember the sound level I wanted it on (mute) so I'd have to start with it off my head when I was using it in order to turn off the music. You can quick mute everything, but then you have no idea what you've changed to when you click a button. I don't understand the good reviews or the price. Sending it back ASAP and getting some Excedrin.

It is.very relaxing

I was excited to see this product from RENPHO and had to order it. When I tried it I was very disappointed. For me, I have a narrow face, so the fit was not very good due to the hard plastic part being so rigid it prevents a good fit, even with the heavy padding. The sides touched my temples, not my face, even after adjusting the straps. Once I turned it on, it was underwhelming. The music, heating and cooling were great, but the massage feature left something to be desired. Though it offers different massage settings for the pressure and modes, quite honestly, I could not tell the difference between them. I was also disappointed that this product only massages the temples, not your face. RENPHO typically makes a good product, but not so much on this one. I am returning mine and will keep searching.

Works wonders. Helps clear my headaches without medication.
