I am writing this review with extreme disappointment regarding the American Tourister Ivy Nxt 68CM Medium 4 Wheels Spinner Hard Luggage (Polycarbonate) that I purchased on Amazon.in. This was my first experience with this suitcase, and sadly, it was a complete disaster.To my dismay, the upper side corner of the suitcase completely broken on its very first journey. This happened during my travel from India to USA. When i received my baggage at the airport, suitcase was in broken condition.This suitcase was brand new and had not been subjected to any unusual stress. The fact that a corner, which should offer some structural integrity, broke so easily on its initial use is completely unacceptable.I chose American Tourister, a brand I thought was reputable, hoping for a reliable piece of luggage for my travels. Instead, I am left with a broken suitcase and a ruined travel experience. The damage to the corner also compromises the integrity of the entire suitcase, making me worried about my belongings.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the American Tourister Ivy Nxt to anyone looking for durable and reliable luggage. This suitcase is clearly not fit for travel.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Delivery was on time however the product quality checks are missing. The inner cloth pocket is missing the zip holder. This is disappointing despite buying a well known brand 😒

Keep it up. Simple & basic minimum requirement. Hope it will last a few years. These 2 will be rigorously tested.
