I struggle falling asleep and avoid heavy sleep medications. In the past, I also avoided melatonins because it gives me brain fog. I guess I am so desperate that I decided to give Melatonins a try again. Well boy am I glad!! First night of taking 10x (I took two pills), it really helped me fall asleep. The same for the other nights. It doesn’t make me sleep for a long time, like i don’t reach a good 7-8 hours but it surely helps me fall asleep which is my main problem anyway. I just hope I don’t build a tolerance to this!! Glad I have this a try x

I'm suffered from insomnia for years. I've literally tried everything from the OTC fads to home remedies. None has any effect. I've also tried all the big name suppliers from my doctor. They may work for a day maybe 2 but by day 3 they had no effect. I saw Gary Brecka on podcast many years ago talked about sleep. I came across his products and I figured I had nothing to lose. By the 3 rd night I was sleeping 5.5 hrs straight. To a lot of you they may not sound like much but that's about double the amount I had getting for years.

I like all the main ingredients but realized the “other ingredients” are horrible for your body. 3 stars bc you can do better.

When I use this, I use it in conjunction with another sleep aid that is prescribed to me.That being said, it works well on nights where it is harder to sleep. I sleep a little bit longer before waking up, with less awakening throughout the night. The capsules are easy to swallow, with no weird aftertaste or anything of the sort.Overall, I feel like the compound they use is better than taking melatonin solely on its on, so I would definitely recommend if you're looking for something to help you unwind for bed.
