As a physician who practices regenerative medicine I was skeptical about a HGH secretagogue (something that helps your body produce more of something). Since my training in medical school 20 years ago, we've known that the only way to increase your Human Growth Hormone levels was to inject it directly into the patient. This brings up a lot of ethical issues and of course the FDA prohibits this unless you have an under active pituitary gland. HGH has been the holy grail in anti-aging medicine. I have never been a good sleeper my entire life so when this product was introduced to me claiming that it would help me sleep I was more than willing to give it try. I have to admit after using this product now for the past 14 months I am finally getting sleep, yes I still wake up a few times during the night but when I sleep it is a deep restful sleep. In the morning I feel completely rested, full of energy & not groggy like some of the effects that I have experienced with other sleep aids. I highly recommend this product!!

After hearing about this product from a doctor here in Los Angeles I wanted to give it a try. I ordered a bottle and within A week to 10 days I started to feel better. It was like my body got a tuneup and I was firing on all cylinders. Then I ran out and thought I would wait a bit and noticed that I didn’t have that same feeling of wellness and decided to order my second bottle. I’m now on my third bottle and I do believe the product makes a difference. I tend to stay pretty active by going out dancing three nights a week I have my yoga and my golf in life is really good. I had to laugh when I looked in the mirror and the wrinkles under my eyes have decreased which is a nice benefit. At 63 I feel the product makes a difference.

I don’t get it!!!Been doing this faithfully and notice no change at all!I wanted this to give me more energy during day and more sleep but almost 2 weeks and I have no change☹️I have been trying to ask if it takes a while to kick in but got no reply..if it takes a while I will continue with hopes that this is going to work!!

I’ve been using this product for about a month now. It is definitely working. I sleep through the night now, which helps with mental sharpness on a daily basis. In addition, I’ve always worked out, but in the last month, I have definitely noticed more lean mass and weight loss in the right areas. I’m going to keep on keeping on with this one. Great product that delivers results, as advertised.

I wish I could give this a better review, but I cannot.1. I emailed the seller directly (from their own website) several times within the last month and not one reply. Not one.2. I used this product for over a month, faithfully and to the letter. I battled massive headaches, puffy faces, water retention and more. In fact, the product gave me insomnia.As stated, I emailed the company with my concerns and asked for their recommendations. No replies to assist me.For the record, I am a slender and very health 55+ year old woman, so I am not battling any other issues. After a month of these only going headaches and bloating, I stopped taking this and within days, I feel better. Maybe if they had replied to my emails, I might consider using this product again, but for now - I feel I wasted the money, as this certainly did not improve my health - it made me feel absolutely awful for over a month.This is my personal experience. A buyer needs to be aware that this product should have more personalized instructions. The dosage cannot be the same for everyone. Maybe if they answered emails, this could of been avoided for me.

Purchased for insomnia and restless sleep. Been using it for a little more than a week and I am sleeping AMAZING! The first night I slept like a rock, 2nd night not so great but every night since I fall asleep quickly, rest soundly and wake up feeling rested and ready to get up. Also my damaged nails are growing and seem stronger. I highly recommend this spray.

Not only does it help me to fall asleep and sleep soundly, my skin has been looking healthier!
