Best pans I’ve ever own and I’ve own about of those so called non stick! It heats up and cook evenly. Nothing sticks and I’ve have them for months. They wash nicely. Here’s the deal people you can’t cook on high high temps in these types of pan you have to cook on medium or even between medium and high slow cook your food it’s worth the wait as these pans truly cook week and will last for a long time. Be kind to your pans and most of all your food it’s not meant to be thrown in high heat to cook as fast as you can! Read the instructions it truly is worth reading as I even learned a few things and once you get used to cooking on lower temps it truly works! And pans will last forever!

Where has this been on my life? It’s such a beautiful nonstick pan with no toxins.

I followed the directions and only used medium heat and brushed a bit of oil on the pan. Eggs cook without sticking.

They work GREAT ! DO NOT Use metal utensils and they will last.

Looks like a quality fit and finish. Like the color and the rubbery handles. Perfect size for my needs.Too early to tell for usage but will update after some time.

Perfect for scrambling three eggs!

Previously bought the 8" pan (too late to return that one because I had washed it). Was not pleased with the finish coming off the outside of pan just after 1 wash in dishwasher (black finish on my fingers when I unloaded it). Further the 8" did not work on our induction stove (the pan is slightly too small to activate induction ring). Had ordered this additional set before my poor experience with the single 8" pan.

It looks good and will cook/fry/simmer/sear. I love this pan! This pan will cook anything perfectly using just a little olive oil over medium or lower heat, along with silicone utensils. Clean-up is just a wipe, rinse, and dry (I choose to hand wash instead of using the dishwasher, even though the directions say it is dishwasher-safe). So far, nothing sticks, and the pan is very durable and easy to handle. Make sure you use it according to the instructions if you want this pan to last a long time. I plan to purchase this entire Bobby Flay by Green Pan set in cream to replace my 20-year-old Calphalon set.
