I had been shopping for a big and tall chair for a several weeks when I found this one. After looking it over and reading it features I decided to give it a try. The box arrived and I unpacked the chair for assembly. I did follow the instructions, which were pretty straight forward, and the chair went together easily.I tried it out and found that it was comfortable to sit in. While I am not even close to the max advertised weight limit, I am looking forward to how long the cylinder lasts. So far I have had no issue with the cylinder compressing to bottom when I sit down in it. That heavy duty cylinder was, for me, a big selling point and the reason I replaced my previous chair.One thing that I had to get accustom to is the arm rests. This was the first desk chair I have owned that allowed the arm rest to swing in or out of center. It took a little time to get accustom to that feature. But I can now see how it could be a useful.I love the seat feel. The seat pad is nice and thick. The back support is also very useful. Once you get it set for your body, it does make difference in your sitting comfort. The space between the two arm rests is wide enough to allow me to "fit" without having the arm rests rubbing my body. An annoyance that I have suffered from with some other "big and tall" chairs.All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. So are my cats that I have to constantly remove from said chair when I need to use it.

The chair was super easy to put together... the included instructions were ok. SO FAR the chair seems solid. The seat actually feels like it supports larger peeps. we did leave the arms off as they just get in the way of where the chair sits. Since it sits on carpet we did order some single wheel replacements as we have had issues in the past with those types of wheels. The base of the chair so far seems allot better than previous chairs we have purchased. Hoping this one last longer than 5 months (previous purchase from another vender).

This is a very well constructed chair and one of the easiest ones for me to put together It's quality is high. It could have a better depth to the cushion, but that isn't a dal breaker for me. There is plenty of comfort when sitting long periods. I work form home, full time & have no problems using 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week.

I purchased this chair to replace the Hercules GO-2078-GG chair that I purchased a few years ago. The chair as a whole was pretty easy to assemble as the instructions were very straight forward. Since using the chair for a little over a month, I can admit that the piston in this chair is holding up pretty well as some big and tall chairs have a bad piston that will drop after a few months. With a mesh like back to this chair it does help with getting a little air to keep your back from getting a bit warm. With that being said the mesh back will help with the tilting of the chair, and as a big guy that's a positive with the reclining of the chair. The seat padding is alright, could use a little tweaking to add more comfort especially if you plan on sitting in the chair longer than 3 hours.The reason for a 4 star rating would come from the arm rest. Considering this chair is made for big and tall people, the fact that the arm rest sit back a little further than most chairs is a bit unfortunate. If the arm rests were at least another 3-4 inches long then it wouldn't be a huge issue, though the arm rest going outward is rather nice compared to other chairs.The back portion of the chair is also a little low compared to other chairs that are suitable for big and tall people. Compared to some other office chairs it can be a bit uncomfortable if you decide to recline for a bit and want to rest your head somewhere. Anyone over 6 foot tall may find this as an inconvenience since it'll stop somewhere near your shoulder blades.The base of the chair does seem a little on the thin side for a chair designed for big and tall people, though it is sturdy enough to support the weight, it just would be nice if it was a little bigger for the visual reassurance that nothing will happen after long periods of use. With that being said since the base is a little thin, it will help if you don't have a lot of office space or want the chair to move around with some ease compared to chairs with a long base for the wheels.With all that being said even giving the chair a 4 star rating (I'd be fine with a 4.5 if that was possible) this is a pretty good chair that provides that stability you could be missing with the current chair you own and give your office, or gaming room a nice modern looking chair that can slide across the room without any serious issues. Almost forgot to mention the price of the chair is pretty fair considering there's other chairs that cost twice the amount and can become a dirt magnet compared to this chair

Bought this chair to replace one that was past its prime. I am a bigger guy at 280lbs, 6'1, and wanted a chair that would last. The height seems right, the chair after assembly appears very sturdy. The seat cushion is nice and wide, and is a plus noted by wife as she has larger hips, another office chair we have, she says is uncomfortable after some time as the seat is too narrow - this is not a problem with this product. I have not had any issues yet with the supported weight - I don't max out the chair, but bought one with a higher weight rating in hopes for longevity, some other products are not made with reinforcements or use plastic parts in key areas. I would recommend this product. I live in the Midwest US and the mesh back I feel will help with the heat and humidity.

This is hands down the best budget friendly, inexpensive, 600lb capacity office chair we've come across so far. It's definitely strong enough to hold the weight capacity. The seat slants down in the front, which is nice bc it doesn't dig into your legs. Also the cushion is pretty thick and comfortable imo. I have to be honest, I questioned the quality a few times but we've been using this chair for a month now and it's still just as sturdy as the day we assembled it.

I needed a new office chair since I started a work from home job. I’m a big girl (350lbs) so I needed something to fit my big booty but that was comfortable and sturdy. This chair is great! It’s classy looking too! I love it! It is a little wider than an average chair so it does not fit under the desk, but it is worth it!
