Warning! Totally Addictive!
Being from a Southern port city, I am a seafood fan for almost 80 years. Along with my seafood knowledge, I am also a Tartar Sauce fan as well.Let me assure you, this British-made sauce will hook you from your first bite! I have only had this sauce for a couple of weeks and it is almost gone! Who knows fried fish better than the Brits! No one.I am eating this on everything! Try it as a dipping sauce for crispy French Fries! Amazing! Has a sweeter taste than your usual tartar sauce. Wonderful consistency. Attractive bottle but I need more!!!I have cleaned out the frozen fish section of my local supermarket and am eating fish every day now. Will be ordering Two jars this week! You'll love it!

Can’t find better
I have tried every tartar sauce that I can find. My favorite was Culinary Circle, but since my local grocery store discontinued it, I have been on a mission to find a tartar sauce that doesn’t suck. This is it. This is on point, and is as close to a good homemade version as you can get. We had this last night with homemade crab cakes. Very happy. I just ordered it again.

HUSBAND LOVE IT
This is the second time I have ordered Coleman's Tartare Sauce. My husband loves the flavor. We used to buy another brand of Tartare Sauce and I guess they stopped making it during Covid. Since than I have purchased all the brands on the market, and he disliked them all until I saw this one on Amazon. Keep selling it and we will keep buying it.

Jar Appeared Not to Have Been Opened, Yet the Contents Was Spoiled
Before I opened the jar, I noticed bubbles in the tartar sauce. I'm not a chemist, but I seem to recall that the presence of bubbles can often mean a chemical reaction like from yeast in baking or bacteria in fermentation. I believe the tartar sauce was spoiled. The jar didn't have a depressed lid like most jars where you hear a pop when you twist off the lid. This jar only had a paper seal on the lid connecting it to the jar. The smell was definitely not appetizing.

Number ONE in tartar sauce
Expensive for the amount you get but the taste more than makes up for it. Way to go Coleman

If this is authentic English Tartar Sauce....
....I'll stay with my tasty and tart American sauce. This tastes like motor oil with pickles and onions.
