Yes the product is simply mixed with water. We recommend purified water or soft tap water. It's fine with PEX pipes. Please note this has no corrosion inhibitors added to protect copper.

No. This is just pure 99.9% propylene glycol. Look for ChemWorld Inhibited Propylene Glycol 95% solution.
