Nice product
This is a cheap but very useful product. It is a must have for all serious photographers. It helps to take group photos and it is also useful for handling the telephoto lens without vibrations.

Got Cheated on Battery
The battery given had drained out, I had to use another battery

The product is not useful since the battery inside is not working, how can I get a new battery ?
