I am satisfied with the product. The bag is made of good material. The wheels are robust and move around well unless you overload the bag. The stitching of the material however doesn't compare with other brands. Nevertheless it is good enough to withstand the rigours of a long journey.

This product is a very poor quality. Retractable handle will not retract in 2 days of use. This business do not list their contact any where including the invoice. It was very easy to handle return on Amazon.
