Unwilling to dowload app
Apparently one must download an app to use this drive. Since I don't know who created this app, I have not downloaded it nor used the drive.

I was able to clean up my IPad and store my pics.

Won’t transfer your purchased content! Just personal content you have on the phone.
This doesn’t transfer purchased videos or songs, only pictures and recorded videos. It doesn't keep the folder structure either and there are issues with the file names being duplicate if copied outside a file folder.

That this product was actually in working order!
Well I ordered this back in May. Finally sat down today to back up three iPads worth of pictures only to discover this doesn’t work at all! iPads and iPhone just keep saying to plug it in and I do and they are not recognizing that anything is there so I’m sending it back!!! But Happy!
