Book quality was good but 75% of the book is about the story of Kundalini if you wanted to learn kundalini this is not the best I would say but if you want to know about kundalini this is worth... If you want to start kundalini meditation or if your already practicing kundalini medition you can give it try so that you will understand what is Kundalini and the origin of kundalini and all........

I have elabarated one ,but this is precised book
