To start, I have only had this for two days, but in that time, it's been great. We started with just morning juice and I juiced about 10 oranges. It did great. (You might have to restrain with a colander if you like less pulp like me). Then today I juiced 10 lbs of grapefruit. So easy! Two finger pressure, cleaned out the hulls, only the tiniest seeds got through (and I restrained after again). So I started on the 15 lbs of oranges. About 10 oranges in, the machine quit. I felt the sides and they were warm. The instructions said to let it rest for 30 min and that worked perfectly. I was able to do the rest with no issues. Clean up was a breeze. It all comes apart easily to clean. A little juice leaked into the handle hinge but was easy to rinse out. Overall, I am super happy with this juicer. Will let you know if anything changes.

I got mine at the end of February, use it 4 times and this morning one of the parts broke just and couldn’t return it because March 27 was the dateline

My juicer is broken beyond future use. A skimpy plastic tiny piece that allow the spout to open and close broke. I have no means of using this item ever again and I am very disappointed that it is wasting space in my kitchen when it belongs in a dump. I would like to ask the manufacturer to give me a new plastic juice container with a spout that will not break so quickly in the future. The plastic that holds the spout is very thin, hence the breakage. I would also like to say I live alone, there are no small children or pets in the household. Please respond to shar.am1@att.net. Used 3 times and it quit working. Motor sounds like it’s messed up. Tried talking to customer service for warranty but they will not work with you! They keep saying to send a video in an attachment but you can’t on the Amazon app. I asked for a different means of contact so I could send the video I made but it’s like An automated message just saying send them a video link in an attachment no matter how many times you explain that it’s not possible.

Set-up was incredibly easy and was ready to go right out of the box. The exterior surfaces are almost all smooth solid or brushed metal and easy to clean which was my biggest concern I had prior to ordering it. Once activated, it powers through half of any citrus-type fruit within just a few seconds and filters out the seeds and unwanted material as the juice pours down. Noise is relatively quiet - similar to a refrigerator ice dispenser or an electric drill. Overall very impressed with the quality and durability of the product and would recommend it over those with plastic or soft surfaces.

LOVE THIS MACHINE I had a complaint, however. I found that this machine did NOT contain the smaller, lemon-sized Juice adaptor. . My favorite k I was about to write to the company when, HAH!!!! I was washing out the components, and didn't the smaller lemon adaptor pop out,!!!!!..... it was tucked inside of the large center piece that I use daily! Joke is on me. But this is not the first time that I had heard this complaint. If you folks made mention of the location of the lemon squeezer center piece in your advertisements I TOTALLY MISSED IT!!!! THanks for making a great product!

As soon as you get it out of the box, it feels sturdy and ready to do its job. Low level noise, good strength to squeeze until the very last drop of oranges, grapefruits and lemons alike... and quick. I need to remove pulp from the metal tray every couple of citrics, which is totally ok (in my opinion, that alone speaks volumes about how effective this juicer is). The lever to push down the half citric being squeezed is very practical, so you can keep your hands mostly clean. De-assembling and cleaning is very easy, just use the faucet and a little bit of dish soap to wash everything; I would not recommend to use dishwasher, since factors like hot water, heat (from the drying process) or the chance of hitting other stuff inside the washer won't do any good. The mechanism to lock the squeezed juice inside the container appears to be somewhat brittle, so make sure to handle it with care. Finally, customer care is very responsive to address queries. Using daily, no complaints.

I honestly don’t think I have ever left a low review like this. I’m very disappointed that only 2 1/2 months into using this juicer, a part came off. I read reviews about this particular part coming off but I disregarded them, because I really wanted to order it and I really wanted to like it. I do believe this is a malfunction of this juicer and the seller needs to address it. I don’t even use it every day for this to happen so soon.
