Roar (My Little World)

My son loved getting this book! It's interesting with the holes/circles and it rhymes. He likes all of the different animals.

My almost 2 year old loves this book.

My 18 month old asks for this book. She is behind in spoken language, but she will actually say “rawrrrr baaaa mmmmmmeeeeeoooooowwwww” while gesturing emphatically, then gets over the top excited when I pull this book out! It’s adorable.The book is like 6 pages long, but the holes are fun for her to turn the pages and the animals are big and vivid and makers her want to make all the animal noises.She gets super excited about the “finale” on the last page and loves to demonstrate how she know what each animal does by pointing at each one.You just never know what your kid will like, but this one is a top 5 out of many many for us.

My 2 year old loves the book Hoot so I decided to get her this one too. She likes it but it’s a little awkward to read. It just doesn’t flow easily the way the Hoot book does. There seems to be missing words in the sentence structure in some places. Also, on some pages it’s as though the author ran out of verbs and uses the same one twice like “croaks a worried croak.” It’s just not a book that flows well. But the visuals are great and my 2 year old enjoys the book.

My 15 month old loves all these stories! I love the rhyming too

We checked this book out at the library and ended up having to purchase it - one of my son’s very favorites! The pages are thick & easy for little hands to turn, words are cute, and the cut-outs for the mouth are fun to play with! Big fan of this style book and we’ve since bought others.

Fun book, fun to read and make sounds and learn animals, make silly voices to my toddler enjoys it

I love this book. It has encouraged my daughter to begin making animal noises. She also has to 'feed' the animals every night.

This is not a sound book

My 3 month old loves this series of books! As soon as we show her the cover she giggles and laughs. She loves the bright illustrations and big faces, and the melodic rhyming of the words seem to calm her. These are great books for just before bedtime, and they're a really good size and construction for handling with baby in your arms

I have read this book so many times and my son loves it. It is robust and lovely words and images.
