I bought this flour in August of 2024. When I opened the plastic storage bin to use it this morning, there was an infestation of moths covering the surface.

To make whole wheat pasta, "durum" is the flour you want. This is one of the few truly whole grain, whole wheat durum or semolina pasta flours you can buy. It works extremely well with my pasta machine, producing a high-protein but chewy and delicious pasta, with all the bran and germ intact. Highly recommended.

I'll own this because I should have went to the companies website first before purchasing. I thought I was purchasing wheat flour. when I looked up the product on the companies website. I found the following for this product:Ingredients: Durum Whole Wheat FlourMay contain Barley, Mustard, Oat, Rye, Soybean and Triticale ingredients.0% Maida Refined White Flour.I will not be consuming this product as I cannot eat Soy or Soy products. I have no way of knowing the percentage within the product. Ex. is the Flour run through the same equipment as the soy, or just in the same processing plant.3 stars are given as I do not know anything about the products characteristics.

Great flour for sourdough starter.

Good but could get this from the Indian store for a fraction of the price…

The advert says that flour is for making soft rotis but that is not true. It is very hard to knead, not sure what is the purpose of this product if cant make rotis.
