Great purchase

The fan blower is disconnected or broken off the blower motor upon inspetion after opening the box.
The media could not be loaded. After opening the box that was poorly taped and banged up. I was inspecting the unit. The outside was not damaged but when i was inspecting the bottom side of the unit i seen the blower fan just fall loose and wobble around. No way to tell if it is broken or just not installed on the motor from assembly.

Instructions could have been a little more detailed on the wiring
Product was easy to install with the hardest part getting it on the roof. We did have an issue with the bolts that came with the unit and had to purchase longer ones from the hardware store. My only other complaint is the wiring diagram did not match with what we had from our previous unit (same brand and size) so we had to do some guessing, but in the end everything works and we have not had any issues with it.

Removed the old AC and installed this new unit, hooked up the power and controls and check the operation and worked as it should with no issues.

This unit arrived ahead of schedule. Pretty easy to install. Much quieter than the one we took off the RV. 2017 Bighorn 5th wheel.We live in our RV full. East Tennessee. It can get pretty hot and humid. This ac unit has done a great job to keep us cool.Now I want to replace our other ac unit in the bedroom area.

2015 to 2023 plug-and-play
This AC unit fit perfect into my 2015 cottage Creek. Two out of six wires had to be reconnected the rest were plug-in and play.Going to buy my second unit tonight

AC UNIT RETURNED DUE TO PREVIOUS USED
We received this AC Unit and instead of new it had been previously used and scratched on top of unit. No instructions no paperwork whatsoever inside box nothing. Opened huge box on roof weight of contents 105 lbs then realizing item previously used?? How does this happen? Original huge box compromised due to having to open it!
