Q: Are these fake or is "garman stainless" a misprint for "german stainless" on the item?

I bought these for my daughter, and being a surgeon, I found them to be very very good and much better than some of the forceps we have in the OR. I didn’t read the print on the instrument but I’d order them again if we needed more.
