Why did you pick this product vs others?:Absolutely loved this gator. Bought it to for the pool at a girls trip in Joshua Tree and man oh man did it not only come through as the ultimate floatie it also doubled as the ultimate trip sitter while I over indulged on some mushroom Molly chocolates… I was able the wrestle that gator in the jacuzzi when I was feeling silly and then hold him really tight for some calming comfort when the rolling became too intense. 10/10 this gator become everyone’s best friend on an unforgettable girls trip 🐊

It really works!!! It works so well that I decided to name him! Johnny is part of the family now!!! But going back to the review, I tried sprays, owls, motorized owls, nothing worked to scare Alfredo (the duck), but finally Johnny took care of him! No more Alfredo eating our mangos!!!

Looks great. Will be a focal point on my car in our July 4th parade.

We live near a golf course with lots of ponds and lots of ducks. Mostly mallards and muscovy ducks. Several mallards have found that our condo's pool is safe and attractive. They poop in the pool and are not afraid of people. The inflatable alligator is large enough and is fairly realistic. Upon introducing the gator into the pool, the two ducks swam away and got out of the pool. Within 5 minutes they re-entered the pool at the opposite end to where the gator had drifted. The ducks spent the night in the pool with the inflatable gator. Next morning they were approaching it and pecking at it. Fail. I am jealous of those here who had success in scaring the ducks away.

Smaller than I imagined but doing the job! Bought this to scare the ducks away from my pool. Haven’t seen any ducks since he took up residency!

Much smaller than I expected. It is very realistic looking. It only has one air chamber which is a drawback. It stays in our pool all the time to scare the ducks and geese off which it does a great job of. Material is very thin.

Love this gator, purchased to scare away the ducks from the swimming pool. While it’s scared me a few times, the ducks have found a BFF, I’ve found the ducks sitting on the gator’s back. While the gator goal failed, I still give it a 4-star for looking realistic and remaining ”real” vs sun bleached, we’re going into the 2nd summer with it. Also, easy/quick to blow up.
