I'm the daughter of a dentist so I haven't actually BOUGHT floss very often in my life since my Dad always had millions of samples that have taken us literally a lifetime to use up! I've been using waxed floss (with two brands that were way too thick) and waxed dental tape which was completely useless--didn't get anything out from between my teeth at all. In my opinion this floss is actually THIN, not thick, but just double the strand if your teeth have spaces between them. I LOVE that it's unwaxed, as it really does a much better job at getting your teeth and gums completely free of little things that are irritating, like pepper, popcorn hulls, or bits of fruit or something. I also love the refill size that will work in my previous containers that I've used for years. I bought four: one for my bathroom, one for my bedroom, one to keep in my desk at work and one for my car. Very inexpensive and a great value!

Floss is not optional for me. If I dont keep my teeth clean deep at the roots, they will kill me. I tie half hitches along the length. flip it into a double strand and roto rooter my roots like a chain saw. It works. average american floss shreds half way through. Its like a simple spun. set up another to finish. This floss? This floss is awesome. More like braided than spun. I would say I get more than one use out of it but that would be gross.

It is so hard to find wax-free floss and often when you do, it is poor quality and shreds badly.This floss is great. It doesn’t shred at all. There is some normal fraying as it’s used but it stays together well and I have some jagged edges and a few tight contacts.The dispenser was a little tricky to figure out in the beginning but once I got it, it works well.I highly recommend this floss.

After reading the reviews on this dental floss, I was reluctant to purchase it. I did have a problem like many stated, but I gently popped open the case and thought I would just leave the floss out of the case. But after I rethreaded it through the opening, it hasn't stuck again. Beings that the GUM unwaxed floss is no longer available, this is a good, cheap option. I will order more when I get short on SmileGoods Floss.

No more tiny boxes of floss for me. I love the 200m length - I'd buy longer if I could!

I bought 2, unwaxed. Hard to find unwaxed floss. It works fine, but a little on the fine side. Just too thin and not wide enough.. I'll use them but would not buy again.

I love this floss it is absolutely perfect! I hate that stuff that's made to glide, it's so ineffective. But this stuff is truly scraping the surface between my teeth. Also it's very strong and does not fray. Love love love.

I love this product and will buy it again! I have a hard time finding un-waxed floss anywhere these days and the one I was using before is suddenly no longer available. But the dispenser was a pain anyway-one of the most commonly shaped dental floss dispensers with a little removable metal lid/floss cutter. That part was always falling off and the roll of floss would fall off it’s little peg-or the floss would simply roll backwards and the end would get lost under the lid-then I’d have to pry off that little metal piece,which only comes off when you don’t want it to, to reset the roll on it’s peg. I know there are much worse problems in the world to be had but fighting with my dental floss in the morning is not how I want to start my day. Plus it shredded easily. This dispenser is easy to use and the floss does not retreat back inside it. The floss does not shred and works great! I just hope they don’t discontinue it!
