Honestly, Here’s What I Thought
Really enjoyed this book! It's super easy to follow and breaks down health changes into simple steps. The 21-day plan helped me feel better without feeling overwhelmed. Great if you want a fresh start with your health. Just be careful when ordering to avoid extra subscriptions.

Bought one for me then few months later bought one for a friend
Great book on nutrition and to eat right is everything!! If you are not used to eating for health, it could be challenging, but if you do, the results are worth more than gold!

I found this book to be redundant with a lot of words saying the same stuff over and over again. I guess I’m not at point a so it was for a beginner in my opinion.

Very important information for a human to have.
Succinctly written, Very good easy to follow information. The recipes are really good. Made three only so far but, really good the smoothie that you make I just go out in my yard and pick a rug and I have wild spinach and lettuce and different things growing. I just go out in the morning and pick me a fresh Bunch and with some lemon ball and and tarragon and I just put everything on my wonderful parsley yes and sometimes I throw in a few herbs. I love the coconut milk in it. I don’t have it every day but about three times a week. I crave it so I fix it morning, noon, or night. The most impressive piece of information was understanding that a nerve in the spine can set off detrimental events in the human body, Which build and build overtime. I never really understood that. I was recently had to go on blood pressure medicine low-dose but it just irritates me and I am going to take steps to get off of it by following the advice in this book. And the exercise program of 10 minutes I’ve done something on that order for years, not faithfully, of course, but it is so easy and you feel really good about having done it and being done for the day That you’ve done something really good for your body among all the other things you do for your body .
