If one is going to take a supplement then it might as well be best. Highly recommended. Judging by one of the comments here let's wait for someone else to give it 3 stars just because it's 'white'. Doubtless another 8 potential customers would find that 'helpful' too.

Dr. Sinclair said that resveratrol doesn’t work if taken with water, so I needed it in powder form to mix with yogurt or avocado. This product it perfect. The spoon is tiny but it’s the perfect size for measuring the amounts I need.

It's a very fine, light beige powder, no taste to it. Mixes well with youghurts. I will continue using it.

Product was purchased for my dog when she was diagnosed with cancer. Unfortunately a month after purchased she refused to eat any food with supplements in it. When she was on it she had more energy. For me it was good value for money as I was only using the tiniest amount for her. I will start taking this myself as the benefits are good and I will update my review.

I am sure the contents are good but the box which looks as if it would be about 5 inches tall, as other similar containers, but it is the size of my thumb (woman's size). Miniscule!!There is a scoop but it was not visible. I had to plunge my finger deep into it to find it, spilling the fine powder. Luckily I had the foresight to put it into a bowl with a pouring edge, so could put most of it back. The rest I used with a damp finger to put into my mouth! I cannot get that scoop back into the container! How did it get in there?! So I have to keep the tiny tiny scoop somewhere safe. I bet I'll lose it! Needs better, bigger packaging.

Bought this and some MNM after reading Lifespan. After a month, I can honestly say that I feel........better. It’s hard to put your finger on exactly what is different but I generally feel like I’ve got more vigour, energy, etc. In the last month I’ve had several people tell me how well I look, so maybe it's doing something externally as well as internally.Powder is micronised so it goes EVERYWHERE! Be super careful when opening/handling. Tastes pretty bitter but ok with a big glass of water - wouldn’t recommend dissolving it under the tongue as the taste stays with you for quite some time!

Thoughtfully, a 250mg measuring scoop is included. I checked out the third-party testing certificate and the testing facility, all good - this is high quality resveratrol. Given the quality, the price of £2 per gram is good value. As a powder, as opposed to a capsule, it is easy to mix with yoghurt to improve bioavailability (resveratrol is fat soluble). Do be super careful when opening/handling because it's a very fine powder.

I really like the micronised reservatrol as it is easily absorbed and very quick to take in the morning. This product is of a very good quality and I have now purchased it multiple times.
