We bought this to check the soil temp in our yard prior to seeding the lawn in the Spring. It is sturdy, accurate and easy to use. It stores away easily in the box it came in and is ready for any soil temp need you have. Also can be used to check temps on compost. Great product!

I use these for checking soil temps in my garden, ponds and rainwater barrels. They work great. I like the worm logo, one of the main reasons why I bought several of them. These have many other uses around the home too. I attached a piece of plastic foam on some so they'll float on water. Very satisfied.

This is my first year using a soil thermometer. Knowing the temperature of the soil guided me to delay planting until a warmer time. Easy to read and fast to register temperature. Would recommend for any gardener.

Works great, but it is so tiny.

I bought these to keep track of the temp in my tomato tents. Being in the Northwest it helps to know my plants/soil are at the best temp. for them to thrive.

I use this thermometer in my classroom and it has outlasted the glass ones by far. It is easy to read and keep clean. I will definitely order more if I teach the same subject again.
