Excellent quality
Really like this pan to make Square Pizza in....... I've used it on the cooktop and in the oven utilizing the bake or broil controls.....I don't have my recipe perfect yet,But the crisp is unmatched,,,,,,, because of its small size,The crispy part of the pizza is the majority,,,,,Rather than just a small portion,,Like with a larger pan.....Love this thing.... Seems like would be perfect for sandwiches as well but I can't stop making pizza with it

Cute but not too small.
These are great for making an individual cookie dessert. I also ordered Lodge handle covers for each one so I don't have to worry so much about my family burning themselves. They are the size of a piece of bread.

This little pan is Great! 1st thing I did was wash it & season it!!! I love single serving pans like this ... they keep the food hot while your eating... Cast Iron is the only way to go!!! Much better for us!(but remember their Hot 🔥 😏) Works Perfectly😁👍

Small
This was sooo much smaller than I expected. I laughed when I opened it up. Size of a piece of bread but hey I’m excited to use it for something… maybe square eggs???

Works great if you respect cast iron. Use pot holders please
Works great if you treat cast iron like you should. Although it comes preseasoned, I would do it again with canola oil. Also pre heat skillet before adding butter or oil if making eggs. I promise you it will not stick. Wipe clean after. Avoid washing but you can. and do not soak. Need to dry right after. Yup it is little. One or two eggs just great. Makes a cute omelet.

Sturdy Cast Iron for Easy Egg Sandwiches
Love this. Purchase for making egg sandwiches as I grew up with my mom making delicious egg sandwiches. However,bro got the vintage one. So I ordered myself one and glad I did.Cooking with cast iron is great. This is durable and not too heavy. Read up on how to take care of cast iron if you're not familiar. It comes seasoned and will only get better after you use it.I don't put the bread on it, just the egg mixture. Butter is put in first and put the a medium flame or heat. Slap on a piece a cheese towards the end while you're at it, then just wipe it out with a paper towel after it cools.The base is 4.5 x 4.5 and the sides are aprox 7/8". Haven't tried other sandwiches but that would be a good experiment and taste testing to try. : D

One person small iron skillet
just the right size for cooking something small for one person or a side dish, but the handle gets very hot. You need something to protect the handle other than that, well worth the money.
