Been using this item for over a year now. Tastes ok i just mix with water / juice. Great for menopausal. Hair , skin, nails won't go without .

Have only been taking this for 5 weeks so will update again in future. I brought these to help with thinning and damaged hair.The tablets are white, smaller than a paracetamol and tasteless so easy to take. I love that this is a years supply.First thing I noticed was last week that my nails (which are pretty good anyway) were even stronger, much less breakage than normal resulting in longer nails. My skin has been pretty 'normal' which has been great because I get painful deep breakouts usually but so far that's reduced.I noticed my hair in the last two days seemed a bit fuller and bouncier at the roots. May be a good hair week? Or may be from the vitamins? Time will tell.I have however noticed shaving my legs etc isn't lasting as long as it usually does which is a fair trade I guess.Overall so far I'm pleased with this item.

I've bitten my nails all my life; when I tried to grow them they flaked. Started using this product (which arrived quickly, properly packaged) and have been using it for about a year while my nails have been growing. They are strong and don't flake and the only thing I've changed is the regular use of Biotin. I would recommend for this purpose.

I ordered this for a friend as her nails kept on Breaking she says it’s a handy size to put in a handbag and is easy to swallow it will but a glow on her skin and benefit her health

I like this - not sure if it's making any difference to my hair, skin or nails, but I like the routine of taking this with my vitamins anyway haha.

I was experiencing a lot of hair loss and I have been taking these for a couple of years now. Although I only saw a slight improvement with the loss my hair has never grown so long in my life, it actually got so long l could almost sit on it 🤣
