Really pleased with this reconditioned Apple Watch - it arrived two days earlier than promised and in mint condition. Everything looks and works like new. I couldn’t be happier with the choice or the service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID The product broke within 3months of use. The company accepted a refund request then instead said they fixed the product but actually made it worse. They said they would then only offer a replacement but on receipt of the watch ran another ‘fix’ I asked for the replacement or refund as promised. 4 months later we still have no watch and are £180 odd quid out of pocket.The watch screen initially went black wouldn’t turn on then the watch was dying within 90minutea of wearing after a full charge. The company are going back and forth and saying messages were sent when they weren’t.I am reporting the seller to Amazon and will also follow it up legally with the company outside of Amazon as they are a criminal company who should not be trading. The watch was for my elderly father who saved for it and I am honestly disgusted with the product and customer service of Calum and Gemma as well as ‘management’ whose name they will not provide.

The condition of the watch is perfect my only problem is i have to charge it every morning before i use it battery runs low very quickly ipaid nearly £180 o think maybe I should have purchased a new fitbit

I bought this Apple SE watch in the colour soace grey as a gift for someone who has no bad words to say about it, it comes with a great black sports band and they are very happy with their gift. It came in an excellent refurbished condition, no marks or scratches, looking brand new, is fully functional and is backed by a 1-year Amazon renewed guarantee. Usually with products from Amazon, there is a return window in which you need to return unwanted, not working, faulty products but this Apple SE watch is eligible for a replacement or refund within 1 year of receipt if it is not working as expected which is a peace of mind. At the moment it is priced slightly cheaper to what I paid. I would recommend it!

So easily set up and the number of functions available is incredible. invaluable whilst running around my business!!

The first watch I bought for my wife (excellent condition) was fine and as described. However in under four months, with very little use, the battery was at 78% and needed replacement. In truth the charge was poor right from the beginning but I didn't know how to check it. I asked for a refund but was refused. They state they will only repair or replace. They replaced it with the one in the pics. What a mess. Scratches everywhere. They've offered to replace again. I've declined. I'll chase Amazon for refund. Do yourself a favour, save yourself a lot of hassle and disappointment. Buy a new one
