The hooks provided along with this are pretty much the basic ones (there are better ones available), aside from hooks, the strap and rings are really good.

The rings are not polypropylene, as the picture indicated. They are made up of some kind of wood which appeared to be be plywood or something from over the black paint. The nylon belts are 1" thick and the buckles are just ok to use- they don't slip with my 80kg weight. You can buy it considering the price within 1.6K.

Mine got delivered a few days a go, been using it everyday. The ring quality is not great but very good though. For this price I would gladly give 5stars.

Faulty buckle

Finishing is poor and belt is thin. Medium quality.

Works as described. You don't really need anything else.

Worth the price if you are on budget

i've been using it for few weeks now, the only problem i have is the length of the ropes, they are uneven, like by a lot(probably my luck). ring quality seems okay
