Super yum
Sweet and spicy what more could you want! I live in Utah and can't find these locally but I am so hooked on them. They are a great addition to sandwiches or recipes. Or even snacking on them alone.

Sweet with slight kick
These are really unusual peppers. I found out about them because they were part of a recipe from a meal kit I used to subscribe to. While they are bright red (look a bit like a jar of maraschino cherries) they are not at all "hot" in the sense of hot peppers like jalapeno etc. I would definitely classify them closer to sweet peppers, in fact even sweeter than plain old bell peppers. Unlike bell peppers however, they do have a very slight kick. It's definitely slight so if you are expecting Cholula or Sriracha level kick, this is not those. I like to put them in scrambled eggs, but they would work in almost anything that you would put sweet peppers in I think. The slight "kick" just adds another layer of complexity to whatever you are making. They are my new favorite pepper.

Arrived sealed w/ no leakage . . .
These peppers arrived sealed with no leakage, halla-loo! I'd have given 5 stars but for the fact the the only area of the label that is daamaged, where the expiry date is located, seems to have been purposely gouged that the expiration date cannot be read. These were reviewed on America's Test Kitchen and prompted me to try them. Alas, they are a bit pricey for the size of the jar. Hoping that the taste/flavor of these little peppers holds up its end.

The ONLY sweet piquant peppers I buy
These are perfect. Not much more to say. They taste great alone or stuffed with cheddar cheese. Always a hit at parties. I use the brine for soups. It's a great taste and even though vinegar is suggested to give soup a very slight kick, this brine works much better. We love them!
