A tad noisy when up full.
Looks great, but very noisy when up full. Be prepared to turn your tv up when it's on. To be fair, it's not expensive compared to other ranges. I run a noiseless fan heater when I need to boost the room temperature, now.

Looks great easy to assemble..has log or crystal to use in the fire…the only downside is it’s a little bit loud but we have ours hung on the wall

Very easy to install and looks amazing. Really shopped around as I did t want to spend loads but at the same time didn’t want a cheap looking one.Went with this one and am really pleased, looks amazing in the newly built TV wall.So pleased with it.

Worked ok for 18 months then stopped working
Brilliant product when it was working but now has stopped working and due to being built into my media wall. I can’t get to it to try fix it. I’ve changed the fuses on the plug and still not working. I can’t find an email or phone number to contact the seller either.
