I have had this chair for 7 months now, I had a problem with a part inside snapping, probably my fault. I messaged these people to see if it was possible to get a replacement part, I didn't hold much hope as I have had problems with several companies over disability aids and have been told they couldn't help. But this company were absolutely amazing!!! I received a message back within 24 hours and sent a photo of the part needed. I then thought it's going to take ages to get here, but lo and behold it was here within 48 hours!!! I cannot praise their customer services and company as a whole enough!!!! Absolutely top notch!!!!!!The chair itself has a quiet motor and doesn't judder like some chairs I've had. It moves slowly so is brilliant when I'm in pain. Bravo to these guys!!! You have a customer for life in me and I will be coming back to you when I need new things in the future â¤ď¸

Decent chair but wouldn't lay on it for more than an hour other than that pay an extra ÂŁ100 for a more comfortable one.

We had a chair delivered and my husband thought if was wounderful, very comfortable and good quality. With no falt of the company our chair are got damaged. I got intouch with the company to ask if I could get a replacement (I would have paid as it was our falt ) . The company with a few photos sent to them sent us a replacement with no charge. We can not thank them enough very obliging company brilliant quality chair đ 110 %could not ask for more .

speedy answer to E Mails
After a little problem with delivery (there are two packages which arrived three days apart) we assembled the chair. It took a little time...however, the chair itself is all that this person needs and it looks so good in my sitting room. The chair itself is so comfortable. The company were very good at solving my problem and I would recommend this company, and would certainly purchase another chair should we require one. Highly recommended.
