Excellent product that has been helping my teenage son meet his protein goals each day as he prepares for football season. It has a great taste and can be used to make fruit smoothies or add supergreen powder mix to make sure the veggies are being taken in for a great milkshake. The chocolate flavor will overpower the supergreen mix so the veggies are hidden and there's no pushback :)

Only 4 for flavor, but as an Atkins dieter I add 2 to 4 oz. of half & half for a meal replacement anyway (along with vitamins), for flavor and extra fat content. 5 for contents: not only 32g protein (none from soy) but 5g dietary fiber too, which is good for us low carb folks. I don't mind the inner foil wrap, if that's a cheaper security element than others if it helps keep the price down. I'll probably buy more in the future.
