My mother loved this gift! The lotion is on the thicker side so she thankfully doesn’t need to use a lot for each use and can get the most out of the product possible! She said it doesn’t smell and it helps her pain and soreness.

This stuff is wonderful.. the scent is pleasing and it’s a thicker lotion.. love magnesium boost;)no more muscle ache or twitching legs at night.. product lasts.. worth the money. I’m on my second bottle.I tried the oils.. they didn’t absorb as well on my skin. This is a great moisturizer as well.

Update 9/15/24: I have been using this lotion regularly and do like the effects especially on my achy knees n feet. I upgraded from 3 stars to 4, and the seller reached out and offered a refund which I didnt expect (since I do use it and like it I opted to not get refunded) but I certaintly appreciated it!! AA++ seller that stands behind thier productI like this epsom lotion. It goes on easy, not drippy or runny and absorbs well without a greasy feel. And leaves that wonderful vanilla scent afterwards. Just yum, but dont eat it lol.It helps alleviate some of the aches n pains at the end of the day and I have it on my bedside table to grab when needed and when you dont feel like soaking in epsom salts its perfect.All in all a nice product. I'd give it 5 stars if there was more epsom in it, work faster n better. So far, its the best replacement for my regular epsom salt gel that is sadly no longer available. A 👍

Really does help with pain and sleep. I rub it on my feet at night to sleep’ and on my back or legs when I have pain and it helps a lot. I’ve told friends and family about it and they are surprised how much it helps them too. Just make sure to wash your hands after rubbing it in so you don’t rub your eyes and accidentally get it in your eyes

I really enjoy using this lotion. I was taking a magnesium supplement but wanting to get away from ingesting so many vitamins, especially since I’m always concerned with where vitamins and their fillers are sourced and manufactured. So many of the raw ingredients come from China, which is a concern with lack of regulation within China.This worked so well, better than the supplements! Great ingredients, fragrance free, no seed oils or common nut oil like almond oil. I rub it on my legs and abdomen every night and every morning I’m nice and regular lol. Highly recommend this quality product with high quality ingredients.

People trying to dose themselves with anything should talk to their doctors first.One of my biggest problems with magnesium in the form of a cream, is that you do not know how much you are dosing yourself with, or how much is getting in. If they said one teaspoon applied to inner thigh would give you X amount, that would be helpful but I didn't see anything to that effect.Since magnesium can interfere with a number of medications, IF it could be absorbed through the skin, at a rate that could be stated...this would be a good thing.I have no idea if I am absorbing magnesium. I guess I would have to spring for a before and after lab test to tell. But even this would not really tell me much because only 1% of the magnesium is in the serum, most is put into the bones. Normal blood serum levels of magnesium should be around 0.75- 0.95 mmol/l. The RDA for most people is between 360-410mg a day. 30-40% of the magnesium you eat is absorbed.I can't tell if my muscle cramps or joint pains are any better. Especially old men and adolescent females.Especially at risk may be people that have increased loss like diabetics as the increased glucose in their urine makes them urinate more, and those that have decreased gut absorption like those with chronic diarrhea. Alcoholics also may be at risk as well.There has been some evidence that:> increasing magnesium may help decrease strokes (100mg/day decreased ischemic strokes by 8%)> may help decrease the incidence of migraines if taken daily.> It may also help maintain bone density in post menopausal women -elemental magnesium ( magnesium citrate) was used at 290mg/ per day.Medications (in general BUT ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTORS FIRST BEFORE USING, AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY KNOW YOU ARE TAKING MAGNESIUM OR ANY OTHER SUPPLEMENT, OR HERB) that Magnesium can or does interfere with include but are not limited to things like:Interactions with Medications.Bisphosphonates -(used to treat osteoporosis) can decrease the absorption. Separate use by at LEAST 2 hours.Antibiotics - tetracyclines, doxycyclines, quinolones, ciporfloxacin, levofloxacin. Magnesium can form insoluble clmpleses with them. Again at LEAST 2 hours needs to be between taking BEFORE antibiotics and magnesium, OR AT LEAST 4-6 hours after taking magnesium or magnesium containing supplement. I don't know how this applies to absorption through skin.Diureticsloop diuretics, furosemide, bumetanide, and thiazide diuretics can increase the loss of magnesium. I use this lotion every night. It's not sticky and doesn't leave a residue. I think it helps me relax and go to sleep at night. This is my second bottle of this and I plan on ordering it more in the future when I run out of this one. Excellent product
