Worked perfectly.
Great taste. Make a vegan variant of a malai kofta & used crumbled cheese as the filling. The cheese melted nicely. It handled like regular dairy mozzarella. Worth the buy!

Taste and Feel
It doesn't have the softness and meltability of slice cheese. It breaks when you try to take one slice out. And it tastes like cardboard leaving a slightly bitter taste in the mouth.

It doesn't taste like cheese.
Why is it so expensive when it doesn't even taste like cheese? I'm a vegan and I crave cheese I was happy to see that there's finally an alternative to dairy product but it didn't meet my expectations, when I put it in my sandwich it started to melt like butter.
